What you do!
Why are there so many Christians in so many lands,
and yet so few spread the truth, as His Word commands?
You think the title itself, being claimed is a lie?
or that His commands have turned to mere suggestions,
and that political correctness is necessary just to get by
But "fitting in" is not what He preached, therefore commands as well
His Word is Himself and must be our bottom line. His, thirst for it!
That's how from mere pretenders,
you can us tell.
Your life is to be a mirror of His Love for us and His Word
you are to know
It's how He speaks His heart to you, just sip it daily
like coffee or a good English tea
and He will guide you with it, your faith thrives in it's glow.
So don't let religion define you , or think, for one minute that God
lives in a church
His Spirit lives in your heart and He goes in the door
with you. But you are to know Him, and that gets right back to;
In His Word He will guide you, as thru it you
diligently search.
For its better not to claim it all than to claim Him
and His ways; and then do what He forbids, and truly
love Him not.
He says to love Him is to do his will, and how do you accomplish that?
If you don't know what His will is, or believe your life He paid for and
very, dearly bought.
Just go to His Word, He knows we're all flakes and loves,
us all the same
His love is a love that we cannot fathom, He counts years
but as a day.
His timing is perfect, as He lovingly, and powerfully goes before us
in so many ways
If we have His Spirit in our hearts, we will want to obey;
but often get caught up in our
OWN life's game.
He knows before we do; what we will do, and if we but face
towards His light
He forgives our treachery, remembers it not, and does
what He said He would do.
He'll finish what He starts, even with the likes of you;
thru His mercy will continue to change your heart, and arm you
for the fight.
What real courage is, is what it takes, to put Jesus
on your life's throne
His way is never popular, with words like command and obey.
But don't think for a minute you can deny knowing all this,
Before you loudly professed:" Jesus is Lord", as salvation and eternal life
you called your own.
If it's real make it so, if its not,
why add to?
There's too much hypocrisy already, and there's a lot of lives,
including your own that will be forever affected by what you
choose to do.

"For when they speak great swelling words of emptiness, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through lewdness, the ones who have actually escaped from those who live in error.
While they promise them liberty, they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bondage.
For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, by the latter end is worse for them than the beginning. For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them. But it has happened to them according to the true proverb: "A dog returns to his own vomit," and, "a sow, having washed, to her wallowing in the mire."
