Money cannot really make you rich
nor do riches bring peace or joy
For things cannot satisfy the soul
yet rather greed a soul will often destroy

It's not what we have or who we know
it's not fame nor fortune, that we aught seek
Rather peace of mind and joy derive from
giving of the self, and learning to be meek.

In meekness comes a heart to give
to care for those without
to put the self last instead of first
is what heaven on earth is all about

So as you look to where your headed
or what path you choose to tread
Look to Him who died on the cross
in your unholy stead

For in Him lies wealth and everlasting riches
that even death cannot sieze nor claim
to become like Him is the real definition
of wealth, of riches, and fame.
