Poet's flame some dying ember
About to be squelched,
But for some bright glimpse
Of another glorious world.
The spark to the Eye,
Send kindling aflame;
Couching the next phrase.
The Stars alter course,
New words, one after one;
Build the confrageration,
The Whole grasping at life.
Pen's touch and redress,
Finally brings birth,
A new fragile Child revealed.

This part threw me off with images of couches and eyes catching fire:
Send kindling aflame;
Couching the next phrase.
I found this somewhat uplifting and resonant:
The Stars alter course,
New words, one after one
Liked the overall feel of this poem. Dense, rich, a little frightening, perhaps like new or flickering life
