Timeless, A Mother's Day Jewel

 Barely pink...like the breath    
Of an Angel ~
Soft, flowing and
Sweet,
Like freshly-spun cotton candy.

Barely lace...like the flower       
Of Queen Anne ~
Fragile, shimmering and
Sent floating,
Like white balloons in a daydream.

Barely pearl...like the treasure  
Of The Sea ~
Smooth, creamy and
Perfectly-rounded,
Like the new moon reflecting ebb-tide.

Barely onyx...like the burning embers
Of Excited Eyes ~
Flashing, gleaming and
Impassioned,
Like truth of the Saints caught on fire!
