Like peas in a pod and babies in utero, nothing can divide souls basking in the womb of God's love. What blessing on our households here! Thank you for this extended family Celebration, dear Taylor, and may this be the start of many more to come... I know that Andy, at least, is working on it!! :)) Our love to your sister... I once prayed 7 years (but of course!) for a daughter for a friend (long story...) and along she came after many years secondary infertility after two strapping sons. Grace abounds; patience rewarded... so often the two go hand in hand. Bless you and thank you for this. LOL Kate xx

I dont' think anyone could have said it more perfectly than Richard. Your capacity for caring about the hapiness and sharing in the joy and good fortune of others reflects a kind and loving heart. I first discovered it when I read "On Failed Parachute." Your kindness and concern for others and your efforts to do something important for other people touched me and at the same time convicted me. I now volunteer at my church to help parents of homeless families find work and put them up while they are on their way up and out of poverty. You set a beautiful example and your words changed my life for the better. These three Senryus are as beautiful as any I have ever read. Knowing that you wrote them to commemorate the blessed gift of a child for your brother and his wife and the reunion of a father and child makes them all the more special. Thank you for sharing this wonderful news with your friends here at AD.

Beautifully thought-provoking. Souls collide in every walk of life. So many similarities seem as mere coincidence and, yet... as your poem evokes such intricate ponderings as: "Can there truly be any such thing as mere coincidence?" And how are the multitude of souls on earth truly 'connected?' And, in the grand scheme, patience is indeed rewarded. We turn and turn and, by turns, we return to the home we dearly know... This made me think of a quote from John Quincy Adams : "patience and perseverence have a magical effect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish" ...lovely ku's that reflect well the joy that both so obviously deserve. Pass on my sincere congrats to your sister-in-law ...as for Mr T and Sebastian,...a fitting salute for a man who had to fight something he should never have had to face...but joy at the outcome. You have a big heart Tay. Lovely work. Panda :)
