Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. His love endures forever. (Psalm 136:1 NIV)
CHOOSE THANKSGIVING There is a line drawn in the sand; Here all may choose to take a stand. A thankful heart He bids for you, Near to the One who cares for you. Know His sweet peace and happiness; Share with your neighbor and be blest. Gratefully thank our loving Lord. In worship may He be adored! Vain is the one who hoards his wealth, Intent on loving only self. Never rejoicing, shares no part; God grieves o’er his unthankful heart.

Connie, I like this poem very much! Sorry I did not respond sooner I have had an operation and I am on the mend, Praise God. Choose Thanksgiving is just what I elaborated on "A Thanksgiving to Remember"..It is in the giving away of one self that you know what it is to be blessed. A thankful heart is always ready to give without getting back! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely poem! I truly enjoyed it!
