In a state of perpetual rain

In the eye of a hurricane

Spinning out of proportion

Relentless continual motion

Transcended

Up ended

Illusive

Blurred image.

 

In a state of constant bliss

A sane thought, a wish

Total absolution

Over compensation

Miss a date

Still come late

Speculate

Escalate.

 

In a state of utter confusion

Easily descend into disillusion

Mistaken for Divine Revelation

Nothing more than revolution

Problematic solution

Turn to restitution

Disseminate

Reiterate.

 

Into a state in which you can relate

Which lately

Hasn’t been easy

Winds been too breezy

Escape to a higher plain

Just maintain

Get back to the mountain

Drink from the fountain

 

Fly, dragonfly

Fly away

Fly, butterfly

Come my way

Land, hummingbird

Land wherever you wish

Which state do you really miss?

Please whisper heavenly bliss.

I love the creativeness of this poem, D Johnson is right, the creative spark has hit the den, and I am so glad that I challenged everyone! It was the intended result that I was looking for, to wake up this den and get everyone fired up...We all needed this!!!!
