Did Dutch boys and girls avoid the Cupid's arrows so they wouldn't get cooties?
Once,
there was this guy named, Cupid
Who shot arrows with love was stupid
When he pierced their hearts “Till death do they part. . . ”
their wounds, found under their carpets their blood drippings, running from faucets...
Sinks stained naught, what colored, not aught Cupid, then questioned his targets...
when he witnessed, in waives, their argots... white-laced, splayed out in their jargons!
He thought, “why in the world would they, give up
most everything, that, what they thought of?.”
Until, he realized...
Kimmy,
This is highly original and wickedly funny...and beneath the surface great and old truths that will never fade or die as long as we have
needing, aching hearts.

Once/Cupid/was stupid/'til death do they part/their blood drippings, running from faucets/white laced, splayed out in their jargons!/until, he realized/his stupid girlfriend shot him!
And,
There was a guy named (Cupid)/who shot arrows with love/when he pierced their hearts/their wounds, found under the carpets/sinks stained naught, what colored, not aught/when he witnessed, in waves, their argots/he thought, 'Why in the world would they, give up/most everything, that, what they thought of?'/Love.
Well certainly a fresh take on Cupid and the work that he chose to do for a living, come to think of it he steered me wrong a few times the dumb ass.

Fantastic! I read two poems in one:
Once/Cupid/was stupid/'til death do they part/their blood drippings, running from faucets/white laced, splayed out in their jargons!/until, he realized/his stupid girlfriend shot him!
