I think relatives believe that a relative who never had children owe a debt to the family. God has expanded my arena without birth of babies.
So. I get invited to the Family Reunion. How much money do they need? I know they have not forgotten how they borrowed my money two decades ago. PAY ME, PAY ME! Could it be the cuz who sent out the invites does not need money until now. It will be hypocritical for me to act happy: loving maybe, but not happy to see them. Any time it takes this much time to contact me again. Should I or should'nt I see them again. The last phone call was ten years ago, I said, NO! This could be a set up. I wonder if I should go. Like they say, you can choose your friends but you can't choose your family. That said sometimes people have a change of heart. Don't expect your money, love is not not for rent, or sale. Put that behind you and you might actually have a good time. Like I should talk, I haven't had a Thankgiving dinner with my brother in over 25 years. And we actually get along. Patrick
