When the days move silently like a swan in the wilderness, I see no change in the clouds
that moves like an elephant in the eyes
choking my daydreams, for the feasts of many days and many nights are yet to come.
The wolves are parading in the confines of the barbed-wired walls.
Not only the sun can smell the revealing leaves fluttering above the edge of a garden, my nose.
The birds do hop around.
Sometimes oh! how I cannot play games with the stars as the moon growls lullaby.
And I sleep with a twilight in my fist.
When the days move silently like a swan in the wilderness, the boats are empty afloat.

Quite lovely. I enjoyed the title as much as the actual poem. You create great scenes, landscapes of the mind. I love entering them and experiencing their powerful lure. Good effort. Thank you for sharing.
