Puppy Adventure......
Two small puppies on a windowsill sit,
big bright eyes, over-active whit.
Skinny little tails side to side wave,
sitting so stoic, appearing brave.
So much to see, knowledge to gain,
peering out the window pane.
Many wonders for you to explore,
on your journey always hungry for more.
Huddled so close, a tiny fuzz ball,
both are petite, there are two after all.
Floppy ears, light curly hair,
come rest on a blanket upon the chair.
Saw you yawn, know you will tire,
cuddle up, get warm, near the fire.
Adventure can wait, time to rest,
your sleepy body knows what is best.
Muffled sounds I do not know why,
quietly you whimper, yelp and cry.
Perhaps you are dreaming,
could it be you are scheming?
The table leg you thought was puppy chew,
found out quickly it was not for you.
Colorful box filled with all sorts of toys,
better to play with, make all sorts of noise.
Rubber balls, stuffed animals each with a trick,
my sweet little puppies you each get to pick.
Romp, run, roll, throw and hide,
you know you are my world, my pride.
Cry to be held or when you want food,
licking my face, you cnange my mood.
Allow me to hug and hold you tight,
keep you from harm all through the night.

When winds of gratitude blow in one's tree ~ love will remake one's wing for a soaring experience of blissfulness.
A unique depicting of "in togetherness we grow", "Puppy Adventure" shows throughout its lines poetized by a profound observer that knows how to translate emotions in poetic sublimity.
