Don't Worry Be Happy

Jealousy they say
is the color of green.
For it causes one to
act out in such a
foolish way.

Jealousy can be
so cruel and mean.
With hurtful actions
that are displayed.

If one has self love
and total respect,
They would feel confident
with whom they are.

For they would not
be putting others down.
Feeling as though
everyone is a threat.

Open your eyes so
that you may see,
That jealousy makes one
look pretty darn foolish.

Try not to worry and
be happy with who you are.
For one does not look
so nice
When their color is green.

I dedicate this poem
to the person who enjoys
bashing my poems...
I know who it is...
But at this time i won't
reveal their name...

hey girl,
great advice...wish i could doff mine. i have a green streak a mile wide at times. but the truth is, it only hurts me in the long run. there are many forms, and once we learn to control them, instead of it, controlling us, we can move to a finer plane of existance. human nature dictates thus....that each of us has an opinion on everything..the wisdom..is to share it without expecting to change someone elses. and to respect the differences.
hugs and love, sweetie
hope all is well with you
