You Took Away

~ YOU TOOK AWAY ~

Eventho' you have been
gone for so many years,
Never have i been able
to move on without you!

~*~

Each restless night with
this ache in my heart,
I still break down
and shed my tears!

~*~

For i cannot accept that
through life's journey,
Together we shall never
again walk through.

~*~

So often i dream of you
Feeling oh so at peace.
The moment that i awaken
I feel such a sense of
emptiness.

~*~

For i realize that this
was all just a dream!
And never again to feel
the great joy of happiness!

~*~

There is noway that
i could feel complete.
For there just is no me
if life is without you!

For when you left this
world oh so long ago,
You took away the
biggest part of me!

This has to be one of the saddest pieces, (even though beautifully expressed), I have read of yours. Why do I feel as if my heart is broken?
