Under the moonlight
you stood alone,
Hoping that love would
somehow find you.

~*~

Wishing for someone to
call your very own.
Longing to share your
hopes and dreams.

~*~

Yearning for someone
to hold you tight,
When life seems to be
going so wrong.

~*~

For you need to know
that things are alright,
When fear comes along
in the still of the night.

~*~

If tears should begin to
stream down your cheeks,
I will be there to dry
them all away.

~*~

If a moment should arrive
and you become weak,
I shall give you the strengh
to get you through the day.

~*~

No longer alone under the
moonlight shall you stand.
For i shall always be there
right at your side.

~*~

I will be there for you
until the very end.
For together we'll share
our hopes and dreams.
