Many nights I tossed and turned Until I cried myself to sleep... ~~ Oh how I tried to keep My pain obscured. For pity was the one thing That I didnot need... ~~ Still I keep your picture Next to my bedside. Pretending that you are Still right here with me... ~~ Finally I come to realize, That I am only playing A game of make believe... ~~ If you should ever decide That you want to return to me. I can only hope to have The courage to say no... ~~ I know fist hand how painful Love could sometimes be. For you broke my heart that day When you walked out the door. ~~ Oneday I will find the strengh To finally accept all facts.
