~ I Heard Your Cries ~ ~~~~~~~~~~~ My heart heard your Silent cries lastnight, Though, we're thousands Of miles apart. ~~ Oh how I wanted to Be at your side, I wanted to hold you Close to my heart... ~~ I wanted so much to Wipe your tears away, For it breaks my heart Whenever I hear you cry. ~~ Know we're together In a special way. For our souls shall Forever be entwined... ~~ Although there's this Distance between us, Nothing could sever The bond that we share. ~~ Having you in my life Has restored my trust. For I know how much You truly do care... ~~ Yes, Lastnight my heart Heard your cries. How I wanted so much To comfort you... ~~ Suddenly appeared the Most incredible sunrise. Dearest Trixie, You have filled my heart with sunshine. Oh darling, what a wonderful surprise to open the site and find your song to me and opur love. How wonderful you are, and of course there are tears in my eyes, but tears of joy and happinesss. My sorrow has vanished into the sunset of yesterday. Oh how lucky I am to have just read Bill's poem and now this one! You both bring a new meaning to sunrise and I am sure I will think of both of you when I see the sun setting tonight. Wonderful heart touching write.
