How would I ever fall
In love again?
For each time it has
Only caused me pain.

~*~

At your game of love
Never could I win.
For love should never
Be a hurtful game...

~*~

How do I ever learn
To trust once more?
For I have been betrayed
Time and time and again...

~*~

Each time it hurts
Much more than before.
That's how love has
Always been...

~*~

Guess that I'll begin
To restore my steel wall
Once again I shall go
Back into hiding.

~*~

For I am tired of
Always giving my all.
I am exhausted from
All of the fighting.

~*~

So you go on your way
And I will go on mine.
You should walk away
With your head in shame.

~*~

You really did cross
The line this time.
For pain to you is
Just all in the game...
