~ A Goodbye Letter ~

As I woke up this morning
alone in bed.
Instead of finding you
I found a letter that read.

~*~

"By the time you read this
I'll be gone from your life."
My precious darling,
You deserve so much better"
"So I must to do what I feel
is right."

~*~

"You said that you would
always love me."
"How this is tearing you
apart deep inside."

~*~

"That if you should stay
It would be out of greed."
"My happiness you would
No longer deprive."

~*~

By the time that I was
half way done reading,
I had to stop for a moment
To dry my tear filled eyes.

~*~

This is what you had said:

"I will always love you"
"One day this decision
I know i'll regret."
"Yet this is something
that I feel I must do."

~*~

Your goodbye letter
made no sense to me.
For how can one claim
To be so much in love
Then suddenly decide to leave?

~*~

Your love was all that
I had ever known.
But, I will find the strengh
To somehow make it through.

~*~

For now I must travel
Life's journey alone.
Something that I thought
I never would do.

Oh my babydoll, there is no goodbye letter for us. Our love keeps growing stronger and stronger everyday. Sometimes we have misunderstandings, but it feels so good to kiss and make up! Hold me in your arms my beloved. Hold me always and forever! I am yours completely and always will be. Your sweetheart Bill. I will always love you! xoxoxo hugs and kissess to my Babe.
