Lastnight I finally
got to hold you,
After being apart
for so many years...

~*~

It was like a dream
that finally came true .
Overwhelmed with emotions
I could not stop my tears...

~*~

I wanted to hold you
and never let go.
So in fear that you would
once again disappear...

~*~

Oh how I missed you
more than you know.
Gone is my pain
for now you are here...

~*~

Excitement showed in
your deep dark eyes.
And oh your cute dimples
with your big bright smile...

~*~

Oh how I felt so complete
deep down inside.
I could not help but to
act like a giddy little child...

~*~

When all at once -
silent winds began to blow.
Slowly you faded away.

~*~

As I franticaly cried out
"PLEASE DON"T GO."
You whispered "Mother though
I love you" - "I cannot stay."

~*~

Chasing after you - with
tears and screams.
I knew that this pain
never would I overcome...

~*~

My angel paid me a visit
lastnight in my dreams.
"Oh The Rapture"
Of seeing my beloved son...

~*~

As I laid in bed - I felt
such a calming peace inside.
For I was able to hold you
in my arms once again...

~*~

Giving thanks to God -
for this beautiful night.
Yet - Regretting that
it had come to an end...
