If I had to travel life's
journey without you.
It would serve absolutely
no purpose at all...

For there would be
no skies of blue.
Nor a shoulder to cry on
in times when I may fall...

~*~

There would be no beauty
of a sunrise.
Nor would there be anyone
to keep my heart safe and warm...

~*~

Nothing but pain and emptiness
I would only feel inside.
Regretting the day that
I was ever born...

~*~

My dearest sweetheart,
It's all because of you
my heart goes on beating.
For now I have a reason
to welcome each new day.

~*~

Forever it's you that
that i'll go on needing.
For darling, it's the
"Light Of Your Love"
that always guides my way...
