Truly beautiful Trixie, I'm glad you can share it. I know the feeling well. A mother never leaves her children nor vice-versa, they are imprinted within each others DNA...

I understand the depth of your pain. It's like walking in the rain forever. A cold and lonely wintery place in your heart; that can't ever warm up. Yet, I know you also can remember the way he was and how much he meant to you. Memories sometimes dull the pain and sometimes increase it. Trixie you feel so deeply that I sometimes worry about you. That I do with my heart and it seems to go on forever. God bless you. Bill

How I feel your pain, dear Trix, having gone through the same
experience. Nothing in this world has a bond like a mother and
child. This published writing is a great tribute, and I'm sure
Frankie would have loved it.

This touched me very deeply. The next worst thing to loosing a child is not being able to share the memories of that child because those around you are uncomfortable. :-(

Hi Trixie...we are in the same boat this week.
.my sons birthday was tuesday...I also did
a fourty page memorial for my son...it was so healing to
write about him...and I am sure it was for you too...
I am sure he is smiling down on you...love...floria
