What a powerful line

I wept now, for the tears
that were never shed

That is concentrated contol of emotions..........and when the damn bursts............its a rapid of emotions..........

the release is healthy............

but this is beyond release.........this is reason.......and wisdom

Tears are a release when anxiety or sadness is extreme. It's the body getting rid of stress in a way it understands although we don't , most times. I prefer tears of joy and I'm one who will cry, quietly and go unnoticed for the most part. Tears are a good thing too but the ones we hold onto for lack of conditioning get rusted over the years.
Your poem is a sad way of dealing with this subject Sis. Something I can do?

I prefer tears of happiness, but, yeah, crying's good, sorta cleans you out.
