All too often we say we love, not thinking of the word or it's meaning. You say you love your partner or you love your car, but stop and think love is an action.Lets do it, lets show that sopecial someone that they are really loved.

Love is not a word to only be spoken, It's a word that's meant to be done. Something to show how much you care, To that very special someone.
A motion or a kind gesture, A feeling, something to share. Something thats very unique, To show that someone you truley care.
Just like a choir of angels, Words flowing straight from the heart. Put those words into motion, Make it good, right from the start.
Cause love is something that's done, A gift that should come from the heart. A precious gift to show that special someone, That you've loved them from the start.
Ahhh you are so right, actions do speak louder than words and it is especially true in love. Too often we don't tell the ones we love that we do love them, however if used too often as your lovely poetry suggests, the words tend to become just that. The I love on a scrap of paper with a breakfast in bed, or the I love you whispered in the middle of a public event out of the blue, or taking a turn doing the laundry or some other disagreeable chore when it is not your turn say it as well.
