Yes she greets me at the door every evening as I walk in, full of excitement and can't wait to tell me of her day and blast me for her spending another day all by herself.Soon she's cuddled in my arms and purring with happiness, knowing she is safe and loved. She has become one of my dearest friends and even though she may get upset for my absence she soon becomes forgiving as she rest in the warmth and comfort of my chair.

      Misbehaving Kitty

Ah she jumps down of the table,
I hear her paw pat on the floor,
She's been watching out the window,
For my walk to the front door.

She greets me on the step,
With words I  understand,
She looks for my attention,
With a meow, that commands.

She doesn't like the quietness,
When she's here all alone,
She looks for our footsteps,
That tell her, we're now home.

She sits up on the table,
As if she can pass time,
I tell you, She makes me happy,
This little cat of mine.

Always forgiving, telling me so,
Purring with contentment everyday,
I love when she crawls up on my chair,
Just begging me to play.

No she can't get on the table,
She knows that makes me mad,
My heart just melt when I see,
My misbehaving kitty being sad.

There is truly something magical about our feline friends, even when they misbehave, and you've penned a wonderful tribute to yours, Rose.

I currently have 8! As Ernest Hemingway said, "One cat, just leads to another!"

Not a cat person myself but this write does certainly express how easily one could become attached to such an animal. Well done Rose.
