I was looking at a treasured album, that I had put together. It contains pictures of my husband, Fred and I from the time we met to the present. I called my album, A Moment In Time. As I take the time to browse, I realize just how much we have changed on the outside but feel the same on the inside. I`m sure that a lot of you can feel where I`m coming from with that.

      Back To A Moment In Time

I just looked at a picture of us dear,
Taken only thirty-four years ago,
And I realized that we`ve changed a bit,
When it happened, I really don`t know.
I saw the dark head of hair, we once had,
Now it`s all turned silver and grey,
I don`t know when it all started love,
I guess we changed a little with each day.
I noticed the look in your eyes dear,
They seem to have smiled at me,
The same way they smile, I notice now,
When I look, and you think I don`t see.
I love to go back to a moment in time,
And think of the way we were then,
Yes maybe with time we are changing,
But we still love, as we did back when.
A few wrinkles have set in our faces,
Maybe an extra pound here and there,
It doesn`t change what we feel in our heart,
Cause our loves grown more year after year.
We were younger and so in love dear,
As we are today, only we love much more,
We always go back to a moment in time,
To the love we will always adore.
Yes, we will always feel the youth inside,
The love we have forever shall be,
We`ll always go back to a moment in time,
And cherish our love for all eternity.
It`s true , one day we will all grow old,
But our love will never fade away,
When we look back to a moment in time,
Love like ours, don`t ever go astray.
