When there is sickness with a family member, it is true that the whole family suffers. There seem to be a lot of that with my family here lately and I feel so far away. I suffer with them because there is really nothing I can do but pray for their recovery and hope my prayers are answered.Love to Bern, Gertie, Bill & Frank.

          

 

           The Time's Not Right

There you are, you aren't feeling well,
You`re in a hospital far away,
I hear through a call, you`re not doing good
Makes me worry all through the day.

All I do is keep you in my prayers,
I feel what you are going through,
I am here and the time's not right,
There's really not much I can do.

Take your meds, and eat proper foods,
Exercise right, day after day,
They say don't gain extra weight,
But with meds we don't have a say.

The time's not right, so much to do,
Leave it all for another day,
Stop living life the way we use to,
Listen to what  the Doctor's have to say.

I worry that your heart, it may break into,
Your blood pressure, can't seem to come down,
Your sugars are way too high they complain,
The meds have given you extra pounds, they've found.

The time's not right, you are young you know,
So what is it that we can do,
To help you live a better life today,
Just tell us, we'll do anything to help you through.
