Old Peter & His Crew
I heard him creeping through the night, Old Peter and his crew, Hiding Easter eggs and treats, For mom, dad, me and you.
He'll fill our Easter baskets, Leave new clothes for us to wear, We'll awake to find the treasures, From some Bunny who really care.
Nanny and Poppy will oh and ah, At all that's left behind, Then we'll proceed to have our hunt, Until each Easter egg, we find.
We can smell the turkey cooking, All the trimmings, sure look great, We can't enjoy our chocolate treats, Until what's on our plate is ate.
Nanny makes the rules you see, And Poppy follows them, So if we want our chocolate, We have to listen carfully to him.
We'll play some games and sing a song, Until nap time comes along, Then Nanny and Poppy will tuck us in, We tell you, with them we can't go wrong.
