They Aren't Just Words

They are words spoken loud and clear,
They are spoken for there world to hear,
They are spoken freely from the heart,
They come from where all poetry start.

They are true feelings from deep inside,
They are what we live each day,
Sharing with openly, for all to read,
Letting nothing or no one stand in our way.

They aren't just words that make poetry,
For words can come from an opened book,
These are pure and honest words,
Just listen to them, take a closer look.

No they aren't just words from a dictionary,
They have a meaning written in each line,
For all the words I write for you to read,
Were carefully written with thought in mind.

They're created for both friends and lovers,
From the stories they've once shared,
I've carefully pulled them together in poem,
To prove just how much I truly cared.

No dear friends, they aren't just words,
 There's beauty found in each and every line,
They aren't just words taught to me,
They were written with love in my mind.
