The Sounds Of Silence
An Inner Voice

I hear the voice inside my head,
It tells me what to do,
It leads me down the path of thought,
That takes me straight to you.

It tells me all will be okay,
That we will never part,
It helps me make decisions,
That are true  within  my heart.

As though I hear the music,
That call me to your side,
I listen very carefully,
The sounds of silence is my guide.

They say you cannot go wrong,
When you listen deep within your heart,
It is that voice we listen to,
That says we'll never part.

It helps us smile and sometimes cry,
It help us through each day,
The sounds of silence that I hear,
Will help me in every way.

So listen to your conscience,
It won't lead you astray,
It will help to lead and guide you,
Through each and every day.
