Sure hope you don’t mind me putting my few words in, but Fee told me about the Pirate battle you were all having last evening and I felt sad that I had missed out on the fun. So here it is 6am. And I just thought I had to have my say. As usual the ladies always win and have their say in the end.

The Pirates War Moves On

I read up on the words,
Being passed freely around,
About the three Old Salt,
One from the Halifax town.
I’m told of the quarters,
That awaits them there,
As they meet  upon Le Belly Island,
Where they’ll swap their spit and beer.

Now Captain Le Belle’s crew,
With pride they flew their flag,
As the Old Salt crew,
Shamelessly began to beg.
Salty Walt was now captured,
He’s be both cook and their Love Slave,
As he looked at the crew around him,
He didn’t appear to be that brave.

Captain Ed we’re told you’re lookin,
For a shelter for homeless pussy cats,
Well come a shore and visit,
We’ll show ya where it’s at.
We’re bound to win this battle,
You lads know we’ll have our desire,
Ya’ll take the orders from us now,
Cause we have won the power.

So show us what ya have to offer,
Brave one from Halifax Town,
Or does we hav ta strip you,
And pass you goods around.
Never try to take the power,
From the ladies of the sea,
Cause they have more strength,
To claim the Island that you’ll see.

Welcome to the Marmalade Fair Rose.
Of Me Braveness everyone knows
And Captain Fee's got the right idea
Them Eds, methinks don't stand a chance
Can't wait to see them hanging from the yardarm
Wearing lacy underpants....
