We are all sure that we will have our up days as well as down, sometimes we question ourselves, unsure of what we may have said or done or what we haven't said or done, it is always great to know that there is that one someone who we can depend on to give us the maintenance to the body that will keep us going for another day. Thank you for always being there.
Maintenance To The Body
Just one smile to pull me through, Just one kind word or maybe two, Maybe a prayer, to clear my soul, If you don’t think of that as bold.
Just a hug, to hold me tight, A kiss to help me sleep at night, A kind word or two, like “I need You”, Just to keep me from feeling blue.
One shy look from the corner of your eye, Just that look that questions why? What is it that draws you to me, Maybe it’s my innocent personality.
Just a little maintenance to the body, Just a little help from you to me, Just a little secret down home loving, Not meant for the whole world to see.
Just knowing that you are always there, To understand and wipe away each tear, Just a little maintenance each day, That tells me you aren’t that far away.
Rose, this is such a beautiful poem. It is wonderful to know that your loved ones are there for you and that you feel the love they have to share..

Rose, I've often said, "Everyone needs to know they have a friend to lean on," allowing us to be able to have someone to vent to and to help us through dark hours. It's a great feeling to know someone thinks you are a special friend and they love you a lot. I enjoyed this!
We all need to know that we are special and that someone will always think so, the world may turn against us, the weather may try and wreck havock to our surroundings, our bodies may even fail us, but to know there is someone who cares can keep our perspectives always in the right place. Great write dear Cuz.
