We all wish for things through the year but if you had one wish that you knew could come true , what would it really be. Here's my wish.
One Christmas Wish
I went to visit with Old Santa, For I couldn’t wait to see. If I could make just one wish, Would he fill this one for me.
I told him of all the hunger, Those who suffer in their pain, Those who have no jobs to survive, Of the homeless in the cold and rain.
I told him of my comforts, How I have plenty to drink and eat. I told him of our income, The clothes for my back, boots for my feet.
I told him how I cry at night, How I think of soldiers away from home, How I worry over drunk drivers, The children in the world so all alone.
I told him I was healthy and happy, How could I ask for anything more, I have so much given to me in life, A family and husband that I adore.
But if I could have one Christmas wish, It would be, Make everyone’s dream come true , With health, happiness and lives all worry free, This would be my wish for each of you.
And my wish is the same for you dear sis, and for all mankind as well, I am so blessed with what the good Lord has given me in my life and wish the same blessings be bestowed upon all others less fortunate.
When I get sarcastic about the average person, someone like you comes along with such a beatiful expression. May your wish for other be realized by you.
