Like The Wind,The Whisper & Life

Just like the wind blowing, 
I feel it through my hair.
 As the birds sing to entertain,
With the gentle loving care.

Like the wind upon the water, 
I feel the sultry breeze,
Like the whisper from a friend,
I take their comfort with ease.

As the raindrops touch my brow,
The sight of the first fallen snow, 
I continue to enjoy life’s joys,
Everywhere I seem to go.

It is when that storm surrounds me,
That I know I have been spoiled,
Wanting things to remain the same,
So my way of life’s not soiled.

Look into the softly lit candle,
Watch the waves as they roll by,
Listen to the orchestra playing,
As Igently rest my head to cry.
