It is with sadness that I share this write with you today. We are with a riding group called The Southern Cruisers. One of our friends have just lost his wife, she passed away sudenly on Sunday at the age of thirty-eight, leaving behind her three children and husband. This is devastating as she was never sick and he had just bought her her own bike for she too loved the freedom. Now she is free for evermore as she rides amongst the Angels.

She’s Watching You From Home

Just a child at the age of thirty-eight,
God felt He needed her, He couldn’t wait.
So He called to her and you feel so alone,
Believe me, she’s watching you from home.

Right now your days are dark and dreary,
How will you go on, without her it’s scary.
Tears that you’re crying, may never go away,
You’ll thrive on those memories day after day.

You’ll hear her gentle voice whisper in your ear,
Then again wipe away another fallen tear.
For tears will wash away your pain and sorrow,
With each passing day, comes a brighter tomorrow.

Just know that you have friends here for you,
We understand all that you’ll go through.
We’ll be right here when you need to talk,
Or follow beside you when you need to quietly walk.

Time dear friend is what you need right now,
You’ll get stronger, God will show you how.
I know for now, you all feel so alone,
Believe me, she’s watching You from home.

A beautiful write, so sad yet comforting...I'm sorry for their loss and your loss, it's devestating when someone so youngs dies suddenly...it's hard to understand, we may never understand, but I try to remind myself in times such as these that His plan is not always our plans in life...I had a very good friend whom passed away suddenly and soon thereafter there was such tragedy and chaos in his family with three other deaths to follow...I often wonder if God called him home first maybe knowing that it would be more than he could bare....life is a mystery...a beautiful write...
Blessings,

Be always safe,

Grieving is such a part of our life....and purging is necessary. The written emotions, stark and alive prove that there is also beauty in the sadness. Your words evoke many emotions....they are felt deeply by the reader. Don't stop purging and beautifying our world with your words. lindalaw

Devastating indeed and yet your urge to communicate solace and solidarity compel your pen here, Rose. Such compassion and sincerity and I applaud your being able to say ANYTHING at such a moment when the disbelief of so unreal a happening leaves a numbing freeze on all affected. But bless you for reaching out across the silence and the pain. Kafka (?? I think) says something like "words are the ice-axes that unlock frozen emotions", and your loving arms are written into this heartfelt poem. In the midst of so much life, she left it... and yet had just had dreams fulfilled. At least she was in a "happy place"... and has gone to even happier, so we believe. Home is where the heart is and doubtless the two will always be conjoined. TY for this, Rose. Kate xx

Take all the time to grieve, even if years, I am still grieving my hubby almost a year now. We have them with us in spirit always and memories do not fade away ever. You must be strong but you will get through this and go on with life. God wanted this young person to do great things in heaven and thus took her life and left you behind. Your time will come too when he is ready for you. Meanwhile hang in their, cry if you must, but keep going on as she would have wanted you to do and she is watching over you from Heaven.

A loving, compassionate reach to a hurting friend - too young! God has his reasons, though - what is it Job said: 'The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away: may the Name of the Lord be praised.' Would that I had this kind of faith - strength - I am weak. Rose, please convey to this young man my condolences, and tell him I will say a prayer for him and their children - so sad, well done.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

Sorry to hear about the loss, when a member of a bike group dies the whole group mourns as they become like second family. I recently went to the funeral of a member of the Blue Knights down here in NS and the respect and care that was shown for a fellow brother was to say the least comforting to watch.

Beautiful write dear Cuz that I know comes from the heart.
