In The Garden

We sit within the garden,
Where the silence is a must,
Reminising of our memories,
Of all our love and trust.
The aroma of the flowers,
The tunes the birds chose to sing,
The comfort of the silence,
To each a smile  it brings.
Even flying insects,
Find a home to rest awhile,
Ignoring all  in the garden,
Even the innocent little child.
Sit back and rest awhile,
Close your eyes to think,
Reminise of old memories,
Round flowers yellow, blue & pink.
The Sunflowers blooming,
The birds sit upon the post,
Large Tomatoes bright red,
For those who like them most.
We sit within the garden,
Three sisters reminise,
About the years long gone,
The days we'll always miss.
