Just thought that I would drop a note,
With all good wishes just for you,
Today is your very special day,
It should be great in all you do.

Let the family tend on you today,
You just add another special memory,
Of how you spent this great day,
With all your loving family.

Now let me see, how many candles,
Caused the fire Dept to drop by,
It’s okay we never counted them,
Just smile, please don’t cry.

Next year I’ll catch up to you,
Or maybe the next, we’ll see,
That’s right it can’t ever happen,
You’re a year older then me.
