Regain your Love

In a little cabin on the ship,
Into each others arms we’d slip.
The things we once did,
We were about to relive.
Smiles and cuddles and petting too,
Sipping wine and stripping among a few.
Background music softly playing,
To the gentleness of two bodies swaying.

Watching from our balcony,
As waves go drifting by,
Renewing a love that once was,
We wonder what happened and why.
Love unfolds like a fresh breath of air,
All because two people still care.
They never stopped loving each other,
They slowed down, too much of a bother.

Life grew old and sort of stale,
No excitement, they didn’t fail.
They took a break one cold lonely day,
Forgot where they were as they went astray.
 They now took the time to love once more,
Love grew again behind closed cabin doors.
They took a Cruise far out to sea,
To regain a love  always meant to be.

Their love grew stronger day by day,
No regrets, no saddness to display.
They’ll never again take a break on a lonely day,
But hold each other in a sexual way,
They’ll sip wine and dance under the stars,
Erasing the past hurt, pain & scars.
