My Mom has been gone for fifteen years although it seems as though it were just yesterday. I still speak to her and tell her that I love her and Mother's day is still a hard day. I know she is watching over us through the window up above.

Happy Mother’s Day Mom

A very special day to celebrate
Mother’s Day we just can’t wait.
Though she’s not here in body,
She’s always in my heart.
I miss her so and it still hurts,
Why we had to part.

She was an Angel here on earth,
Long before she returned home above.

I’m thankful God had shared her,
As she showered us with love.
I still wish her Happy Mother’s day,
As she watches through the window up above.

Yes I will wake uip in the morning,
And my thoughts will be of my Mom,
I know she’s always with me,
That feeling can’t be wrong.
I tell her that I love her each and everyday,
Tomorrow I will surly miss her,
As I gently whisper, MOM

I loved my mom too and she was taken from me when i was young. I miss her everyday . Nice tribute to your mom

Beautiful words for your Mother, Rose! My Mom has only been gone three years, and not a day goes by that I don't think of her with love. Mother's are such special people! Enjoyed this heartfelt write, bless you.

As I didn't write a Mother's day poem I will read this out to my own mother...your Aunt Edna for I know she would have loved you and your poem as well. Have a great and safe trip to British Columbis Cuz but I will see you before you leave.

I know how this feels, Rose: my mom died 20 years ago; she wasn't even sixty when she died. Too, too young! Painful, but beautiful poem; well done! And Happy Mother's Day to you; God bless you always!
