The early morning sun
Has fled before
The gray clouds filling
Once blue skies;
The winds are picking up
And the smell of rain
Fills the air;
It looks like March
Is coming in
Like the proverbial Lion,
Bringing with it
Beautiful flowers
And budding trees
And young'uns
Of every kind.
The ever changing weather
Proclaims the changing seasons:
Spring is almost here!
