Who is this person
That I become
Only in your arms?
By day
I am cool, aloof,
Shy,
But at night
I am the tigress
In every man's dreams.
There is nothing
I won't do for
Or to you,
And very little
I will deny you.
If the world only knew
What you knew--
That there is
Another me
Lurking beneath
The prudish suit,
The me who wears
Silky, lacy, barely there
Lingerie
That hides nothing
From the eyes
Of my beloved,
And stockings
Held up by
Ribbon-thin garters.
Sometimes I fret
Against this double life
I am living,
But mostly
I glory
In the secrets,
Dark and sensual,
You and I keep
From the world without.
