It’s only been a few months
since words of passion passed between them.
But it seems like a long eternity of pain;
and now he writes to her of memories
and how just the thought of “Love”
conjures up her touch upon his skin
and the taste of her lips on his tongue.
He speaks to her of intensity
and how it split open the universe
when she was his.....not so long ago;
when the free flow of love and ink
possessed him, left him spent with expression.
Of how her scent became a part of his
mingled together for eternity.
Her warm moisture on his face,
her melon-sweet taste on his tongue,
his trillions of life kisses deep inside her.
Then he closes with, “Be Bad”
and so she shall.... she knows she shall.
She was not created for chastity.
But she wonders if, with any other man,
she'll be as bad as she could’ve been....with him.
Preoccupation kills it all...
That's all I can cynically say bout em.

You can always hope that paths will recross and that the intervening time will have kindled mutual passions afresh.
