Daughter of The Caretaker

I had the great fortune of being the daughter of the caretaker of a summer camp. I got to spend the whole months of July and August at camp for free.
Daughter of the caretaker Lots of summer fun. Seasonal activities We swim, we play, we run. Revele wakes us We dress and greet the flag A tune sends us to eat ��Taps�� to our sleeping bag Navajo, Seminole, Mohawk Sachem, Souix , Osage. Help to keep us sorted Separated here by age. We learn to swim and boat Crafts and archery too. Saturday night socials The opposite sex, we view. Ladies on one side All lipstick and lashes. Awkward boys across not liking fancy splashes. Olympics once a summer colors of white and green. Competing among each other till the best team is seen. Making many summer friends never to be seen again. Each one a slot in memory fun times come to an end. Daughter of the caretaker lots of summer fun. Seasonal activities We swim, we play, we run!
