The Cockled Spell, The Silver Shells

What light shines beyond the abyss
Upon this night, for here I stand
Sealed by the bitterness of deaths sacred kiss
That falls upon me like an eerie mist

Lost within the wishing well
The cockled spell, the silver shells
Are we bound to this beside the gates of hell
Where we are lost beyond the swell

Beset by sight before the light
As daylight slips into the night
What feast is mend by bitter hand
That falls upon this barren land

Have I sown with bitter seeds
Upon that now by which I feed
Am I lost to endless greed
That I have sown with frivolous deeds
