Echoes Gather In The Wind

Step; step closer now
Feel the fire gather round
And hear my voice, without sound
And like the monkeys, swing around

Vixens in the forest yet
And still I step with gentle tread
Fireflies that dance so bright
That marks the way in darkness plight

Is it true they dance beneath the moon
In the fields, where wild flowers bloom

Fairies favour with the flow
Carried by the winds that blow
Morning rain, taste just as sweet
Resting on the morning peat

And little trolls are fast asleep
In their bed where now they sleep

And elves have gathered all around
But do they echo without sound
Like falling leaves that hit the ground
