Plato leapt and yet foretold
How the day was long and the night as cold
Bitter had I been so bold
Now the day is long and I am old

Nightfall comes but bitter sweet
To the taste of pleasure so discrete
She moves with grace and earthly feet
But to the heavens twice as sweet

Embellished within your earthly pleasures
Are they like the finest treasures
Diamonds glisten in these lights
Like the stars that burn so bright

Embalm me with your earthly pleasure
And I will thrill you at your leisure
Elixir yearning in my heart
With the whispers where to start

One was young and very bold
While Plato leapt and then grew old
