Ambrosial beads of fallen rain
That echo upon the morning pane
Falsetto of my yearning heart
Later tears, which I impart

Gospel of the written word
Unspoken yet is seldom heard
Homage me in empathy
To shelter me in liberty

Limerick of the breaking line
Borderline beneath the rhyme
Infamous the fable bone
Alas to rest my head alone

Forage not upon the ashes
For there are times among the hashes
Harsh, hard words are never broken
Alas the echoes never spoken

Jubilant beads of falling rain
Alas one chance perhaps to change
Charge not and challenge with
For there are murmurs among the cliffs

Melody of mournful song
Alas my yearning hums along
Glisten beauties near and far
Among the seeds of fallen stars
