Cool caress of light cascade
Fortitude, the echoed flute
Cast among thy hand in suit

Sombre beads, of sombre sun
Beneath the hymn of urban hum

Dash the beads that heavens brings
Bound are we among these things
Barren thoughts, forbidden dreams
Cast among the silent screams

Sombre morn, the day in hue
Among the clouds beneath the blue

Frozen footsteps, forbidden rhymes
