Beside Thy Beauty, Among The Winds!
Daffodils sway in the morning breeze
Gentle soldiers rest in ease
Frayed and fallen tired limbs
Carried forth by gentle winds
Hollyhock in slender view
Beneath the sky of endless blue
Silhouette the sound of kings
Beside thy beauty, among the winds!
Be still thy hand and gentle heart
Like the river, passing there in part
Succulent grapes upon my lips
Nurture be thy hand and fingertips
Thou hath, fallen in thy hands
Within thy gentleness I understand
Twain and like the seasons we are change
Life’s in turn is rearranged
Sombre pulse that beats within
Loving hand of gentle kin
Solemn passage bound in rhythm
I am, blessed by thee therein
Blossom rains like fallen snow
Amongst the winds in gentle blow
