...no thing seems to work...

i hear
taste
see
smell IT
(rising from my body
in nefarious waves--
demanding--defiant)
i twist
moan
cry
beg
(beseeching the gods for
just a hint of relief--
they do not deliver)
no rest
compress
plaster
pill
(seems to alleviate
IT--no thing seems to work--
i'm tortured on the rack)
i yell
scream
shout
shriek
(with banshee moan 'ENOUGH'--
IT will not end--o, no--
until i breathe my last)
IT consumes
ravages
devours
exhausts
(although i don't like IT--
IT
is a part of me--
i learn to live with IT)

Karla,

I can feel your P.A.I.N.! It is a relatively new kind of treatment and it’s called, IDD Therapy, or Internal Disc Decompression Therapy. I was involved in an auto accident two years ago, (Not my fault). I was on my way home, sitting at a stop sign when a automobile turned right in front of an on coming car, and WHAM! BOOM! BAM!… I think you get the message, but anyways I’ve gone through hell these last two years. (Haven’t we all)?

I am not sure what happened to you, but it is worth looking into. I went through 26 sessions, and now, I am getting ready to go through another 26. I didn’t find any type of relief until about the 11th treatment. I really do not want to go through any surgery, but will consider it as a last resort. Here I am rambling on, sorry. Great write, and if you need any information, please feel free to drop me a line.

Best of luck to you and yours,
Thomas

I know Karla...believe me....I just planted...
well my husband did but I helped...six bushes and
two trees...and painted a picture and did so much
in the few days I was gone and now I am also in
pain...It seems we have to pay for anything we do
with having this fibromyalgia...I need a few days
here to try to recoup...have you tried a chiropractor?
One has helped me...I will pray for you....take care..
