With sunset's brilliance, write the sea And let the Wavesong soothe your soul Laugh and splash on the sandy beach You are the one who's in control
With Aurora's brush, paint the skies In bewildering colors, bright You are empowered by your Muse As she amazes and delights

Yes Karla very creative, but isn't that supposed to be "To Boldy Go Where NO WOMAN Has Gone Before?" (Giggles). I am so sick and tired of sexist titles. But I did like this poem tho. To Boldly Go Where No Man Has Gone Before? To The Ladies Bathroom?
Texas has the best storms I've ever seen. I used to head towards them. Sitting wathing nature at its best. Seeing lightning hit the ground and bounce back up.. Only ever saw one funnel cloud nearly touch down. Loved to walk out in my shorts and feel the warm rain..
The staff at the Embassy Suites called me crazyman.
I really enjoyed this special K..
I would have stayed, had it not been for water mockersons, rattlers, and spiders...

"Wavesong" and Aurora's brush" are merely highlights in a marvelously lighted piece, Karla. Wow!
I could feel the day's stress melting as I read this... felt so good, I read it 3 times and it worked every time. It's just such a lovely mix of mystical and optimistic. It sings! I really love this one. katy xox
